Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. Our straightforward return process is designed with tradespeople in mind.
Return Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Back Braces & Suspenders (worn for personal protection)
- Clothing items (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened or used chainsaw chains (safety concern)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt.

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- For PayPal payments, refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or model:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process the return
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item for quality control purposes
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item
