Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Certain items may be exempt from returns (see below)
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our product range cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Back Braces & Suspenders (worn for personal protection)
- Clothing items (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened or used chainsaw chains (safety concern)
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt.

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For PayPal payments, refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or model:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process the return
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item for quality control purposes
